Our Story

Denise Altman started Altman Initiative Group, Inc. in 2001.  She realized that most business challenges came from people challenges, and she wanted to address that. 

Today, her business continues to thrive, as clients call on her to help with hiring, teambuilding, employee development and training, and company retreats.  She is considered by many of her clients to be an extension of the Executive Team.
